Two in a day!
I wrote an update a bit ago, but then when came to save it my connection timed out. Can't remember what I put now either which is a bugger.
So far I haven't eaten anything. I've just been sipping at my bottle of water. It's actually an apple I have today, not a banana. I know it's better for me cause it's negative cal, but bananas just taste nicer. Anyway, I'll have that about half eleven, then have my sandwich at half twelve and make that last me an hour. Tonight I can't think of what to eat. I have some soup in that's low cal, but I always want bread with soup so that'll just ruin it. We have some chicken but it's frozen stuff that'll be crap for me. Then I think the rest is rubbish like pizza and burgers. I could just not have anything, but then I risk getting too hungry and ending up eating more than I would have done in the first place.
I'm in the mood to do some exercise now. Would look rather strange though just getting off my seat at work to do some situps or start running up and down the stairs! At lunch I need to call the swimming baths to ask about Aqua Fitness classes. I know when they are but need to know how much they cost, which would be for beginners and if I'd need to book a place or just turn up.
