Hate it all
Hate it all
I hate my stomache. I hate my thighs, calves and bum. Why won't the weight drop? I exercise, I try eat right. So occasionally on a weekend I might slip and have a packed of crisps or a mouthful of icecream. I can't help it, i'm weak! But I exercise loads so it should come off.
I start aqua fitness on wednesday. That should do loads for my arms and legs. Normal swimming is supposed to get my stomache too but I don't see any difference. I do crunches and situps. Wot else does it take???
